Allway
Launch Partner Data Commitment
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This page sets out exactly how Allway handles information about retailers we talk to before you are actually live on the marketplace. It exists so you can register interest, have a call with us, or agree to become a launch partner, without any risk of that being made public or used anywhere unless and until you choose to go live.
The short version
- We tell nobody, nothing. Until your store is live on Allway, we do not disclose that we have spoken with you, anywhere.
- Calls are never recorded.
- Our AI development tools do not, at this stage, get given details about which retailers we are talking to.
- You can ask us to delete any notes or data from our conversations at any time, for any reason.
We tell nobody, nothing
Until your store is actually integrated and live on Allway, we do not disclose to any other party, publicly or privately, that we have spoken with you, that you have registered interest, or that you have agreed to become a launch partner. You will not be named on the website, in marketing, in pitches to other retailers, or anywhere else, without your explicit agreement first. If you decide not to proceed at any point before going live, there is no public trace connecting you to Allway.
AI tools used to build Allway
We use AI-assisted software development tools to help build this site and the Allway platform. At this stage, before public launch, these tools are not given access to which specific retailers we are talking to, retailer names or contact details, or the content of our conversations with you. Development work references only placeholder or illustrative sample data, not real retailer information. If that changes after launch, for example when we build your actual store integration, we will tell you first, and it will only involve the catalogue and integration data needed to run your live listings, not the confidential details of how you came to be a partner.
Calls and conversations
We do not record calls with retailers. Any notes we take are kept for our own reference, so we can follow up properly and remember what was discussed. They are not shared outside the small Allway team and are not published anywhere. You can ask us, at any time, to delete any notes or data we hold from our conversations with you, and we will do so.
If you change your mind
You are free to step back from becoming a launch partner at any point before your store actually goes live on Allway, for any reason, with no obligation and no public trace. Just tell us, and we will delete any notes and information we hold about you, beyond anything we are required to keep for legal reasons such as accounting records.
Before anything goes live
As Allway approaches launch, we will always tell you in advance before anything about your store or your partnership becomes visible or public, and you will get the chance to review it first.
How this fits our other policies
This commitment sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and applies specifically to the pre-launch relationship between Allway and prospective retailers.
